Starting with the initial phone call and consultation, we establish a plan to inspect the building. This is often after hours or during times of reduced traffic. The day of the inspection we complete a (human) walk through and if applicable a visual inspection. The K9 inspection is then completed, covering the entire building. This includes all furniture and base boards. The K9 inspection is very targeted, which means we are not just “identifying a concern” in an area. We are locating a live bug in a specific place.
Upon completion, results are documented and shared. If the business is found to be clear, we provide a written report. If a bed bug problem is located, we will recommend a treatment plan and provide an estimate.
