Sonny walks in the door with a great personality and showing his credentials. He let you know that he is qualified to solve your problem. He’s extremely thorough and awesome at his job. He lets you know step-by-step what he’s going to do and answers all questions to relieve the mental stress and help you get back to a peace of mind. The service was absolutely excellent.
Sonny was very responsive and explained all he would do in an inspection over the phone which was helpful. He arrived for the inspection and again highlighted what he was looking for and how to detect evidence of bed bugs.
