The Bed Bug Pros Celebrates 10 Years in 2026
The last 10 years have been filled with a lot of change, but one thing has been consistent – Our goal is to provide customers with a successful treatment, and for a fair price.
When we first started, we were one of the only bed bug companies in our area. We had to navigate a very unique industry, all while helping our customers through the process. (on whats very often a bad day)! We are proud to have served our customers these last 10 years. We have provided thousands of successful treatments and remain to be the only full service A+ BBB rated bed bug extermination company in Northeast Ohio.
From the Beginning
In the early days, The Bed Bug Pros was founded as a heat treatment only company. We also provided K9 inspection services with our best girl, Levy.
Within a couple months, we quickly realized that heat cannot be the only tool in our toolbox. Sonny then completed his training and licensing to be able to provide comprehensive extermination services. He is licensed by the Ohio Department of Agriculture, carrying both a business license as well as an applicator license.
The Bed Bug Pros Today
We continue to be locally owned and operated, with the license holder completing every treatment appointment.

We also added a new bed bug dog to our team, Arrow! He joined our family in 2023 and was quickly certified by the NESDCA. He gained his certification in 2024, and renews that certification via testing annually. Arrow is the only NESDCA certified bed bug dog in Cleveland! Arrow also verifies every treatment is successful at the end of the process.
Levy is enjoying quiet retired life at home, after her many years of hard work.
We look forward to what the next ten years has in store, and are overwhelmed with gratitude. Our customers allow us in their homes and businesses. They place their trust in us to successfully complete the treatment process. We will continue to proudly serve our customers for many decades to come!
