Sonny and Arrow traveled to renew their NESDCA Bed Bug Dog certification in Michigan yesterday!
Arrow enjoyed the road trip, and this duo received their renewal/annual team certification.

Arrow provides his services every day, at both customer homes and businesses. He can detect a single living bed bug in a home or business. Customers will call for Arrow if they suspect they have been exposed to bed bugs and visual evidence isn’t present.
Arrow searches intently, and when he finds a live bed bug he gives his signal and is rewarded for his success.
Arrow also provides peace of mind at the end of the treatment process, giving customers the all clear. 30 days after a treatment, Arrow inspects the home to verify there are no signs of living bed bugs remaining.

Many know that Sonny and Heather foster for a local dog rescue, Marilyn’s Voice.
Arrow came to them from Marilyns Voice at the perfect time in 2023, and it was love at first sight. Levy was planning for retirement, and they had big shoes to fill. Many speculated that a stray / rescue dog wouldn’t get the job done – But NOT the case! In just a few short months working with Compass Canine Training, Arrow was ready to rock and got his NESDCA certification in September of last year.
Thanks to Meagan and Sonny, they had him certified within a short time period and he loves going to work everyday!
His family did doggy DNA through Wisdom Panel and found out that Arrow (despite looking like a pint sized Shepherd ) is 100% mix mutt –

When Arrow isn’t working, he loves to explore the woods and make new friends. He is an excellent foster brother for Marilyn’s Voice, and loves to play with his best friend nextdoor, Milo!
